Let’s say I am looking to buy a Ford Mustang – Rousch Edition. Simply type of “Rousch” as the keyword. This will make the search engine search for all Ford Mustangs AND Rousch Mustangs. 
Perfect! Now we only have 9 results. Lastly, click on the links to make sure that the car is available. In this case, I found a Ford Mustang – Rousch Edition for around $7000 with 100,000+ miles. Here is the final car result. At this point I would talk with the seller to take a test drive or ask additional questions.
